The different coverages
  • Theft of your bicycle
Let’s say you go for a drink and despite locking your bike properly, someone manages to steal it. We’ll refund its full value. And we don’t charge you any excess, nor do we take into account bike value depreciation in the first three years.

Your bike is covered day and night both indoors and outdoors as long as it is secured to a fixed point with an approved lock (see list of exclusions).

  • Accidental or Malicious Damage
We pay for repairs to your bike when material damage has been caused by an accident, vandalism, flood, or fire and other external events. An excess of £35 applies.

  • Emergency expense
You have an accident and are blocked in the middle of nowhere ? We know it can be annoying. That's why we’ll cover up to £ 200 to pay for a taxi or train to complete your journey. ‍ After a theft or an accident you can rent a replacement bike during the period where you are left stranded and we’ll pay for you.
